 MEET YOUR TRAINER

Hi, I’m Chaitali Marde!

I have completed my master’s in Nutrition Education and my Yoga teacher training. I was also fortunate to get a scholarship to complete a Mindfulness Teacher Training program from the Mindfulness Training Institute in San Francisco. I started out as a nutrition educator for the school district. Yoga and Mindfulness were forgotten tools which came up again in my life after a health scare of a personal nature.

For the past 8 years I have been teaching adults and children’s yoga and mindfulness sessions as well as doing nutrition consultations . Understanding the need for strength training I recently completed my National Association of Sports Medicine certification.

I’m so excited to get to know you so I can best help you to achieve your health and wellness goals.
