Sometimes that means being present to anxiety, frustration, or confusion. But, if you are always angry, sad, confused, distracted or anxious, even with all the success -it may be difficult for you to enjoy it!
You are invited to try out a mindfulness exercise, believe in it only if it works for you!
I offer private, group and corporate mindfulness sessions both in-person and online.
Each session will have experiential learning, shared life experiences talk and a guided meditation practice.

For private in-person or zoom classes. We can schedule each one 1 week in advance. Each private class costs $55. The class will be specifically designed to address topics that you wish to work on. For e.g focus, attention, restlessness, anxiety, stress etc.

There are in-person and zoom group mindfulness classes. The group mindfulness sessions lasts for 6 weeks and we meet once every week for 2 hours during that period. The classes are designed to first understand the individual mind and the way each mind is conditioned to accumulate stress. In each class we have an experiential session to try mindfulness exercises. There is constant communication happening between the group which allows for time to ask questions pertaining to real life rather than dwell in philosophy.

Each private class costs $55 .

If for some reason you are unable to attend a particular class, all you have to do is let me know 24 hours in advance. In a group session, I usually record the session and you will be able to access the recording. And, with a 24 hour notice we can reschedule the private class.
